Vin/Yin + Meditation
Hot Power Yoga
Vinyasa
Hatha/Hot 26 (Bikram)
- A class suitable for everyone, with mild movement coupled with breathing techniques, meditation practices, yang sheng (life nourishing) routines, and yin yoga.
- By donation; Monday/Fridays 5:30pm at 920 Valley Mall Parkway
Hot Power Yoga
- High intensity, 104F heat, alignment and physical therapy oriented
Vinyasa
- Lyrical movement coupled with breathwork
Hatha/Hot 26 (Bikram)
- A structured 26 set series of postures to work predominately lower body and the back. Good for beginners as a consistent introduction to yoga postures.
