Courtney has been working in mental health for 6 years. She has 5 years of experience working with survivors of domestic violence, crime victimization and sexual abuse. In the last year and a half, she has gained additional experience while working in a community mental health environment. Understanding psychopathology with a trauma lens has inspired her learning and modalities of mastery with the healing process. Her modalities include: Expressive Arts Therapies, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Rogerian Psychotherapy, Alderian Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy and Existential Therapy.
