​B R E A T H   ○   S P A C E   a workshop hosted by Dr. Kristen Acesta on pranayama (breathwork) and how to incorporate it into your movement/yoga practice, using it for clearing, seasonal changes, uplifting mood, supporting the respiratory, neurological, and immune system, meditation incorportion and so much more. Learn the overlooked basics of proper daily breathing alongside in depth intermediate to advanced practices in traditional breath practice.

​Class is experiential and will include instruction with a focus on practice.

Kristen's movement patterns are rooted in physical therapy, structure, and form, with a heavy emphasis on internal awareness. Our ability to breathe, hold intention, and move with grace is the foundation of mind body integration. She has been teaching since 2013 with a preferred style of vinyasa and yin, taught and taken as a moving meditation and internal dialog, but has since been evolving into a better power and bikram style teacher. You can find her teaching throughout the valley at your local yoga studios
