Primary Care

"Naturopathic physicians (NDs) are trained to provide primary care and/or naturopathic specialty care to patients of all ages. NDs see patients with acute and chronic conditions and employ all standard conventional diagnostic tools including physical examination, laboratory tests, and imaging. NDs may utilize additional physical and laboratory procedures to assess nutritional status, metabolic function, and/or toxic load, while considerable time may also be spent assessing mental, emotional, social and spiritual status to assure any treatment plan is comprehensive."
-Washington Association of Naturopathic Physicians

Mental Health Counseling
Our mental health counseling includes inclusion therapy, art therapy, eco-therapy, CBT, EMDR, and more.  Each session is individualized per patient in order to offer the most effective care.

Massage Therapy
We offer insurance and cash pay massage, focusing on prenatal, sports therapy, deep tissue, visceral manipulation, structural integration, myofascial release, and more.

Structural Integration Therapy
Structural Integration is a form of bodywork that reorganizes the connective tissues, called fascia, that permeate the entire body. More than fifty years ago, Dr. Rolf recognized that the body is inherently a system of seamless networks of tissues rather than a collection of separate parts.  Sessions are offered individually or as a part of a ten session series.

Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture
A diverse body of medical theory and practice that has evolved in China, comprising four branches: acupuncture and moxibustion, herbal medicine, qi gong, and tui na.

Labs
We offer an in house lab, capable of on site blood draws and collections for patient ease and comfort.  Lab work includes PAP smears, food allergy testing, routine blood work, culture samples, hormone testing, and the like.  Your physician will work with you to ensure the best care possible through the most indicated testing available.  Look further below for a listing of all our accessory testing options.

Trigger Point Therapy
Used for acute and chronic musculoskeletal dysfunctions, including chronic low back pain, acute sprains/strains, and plantar fasciitis.  Injection therapy is used to release muscle and fascial tensions.  Most areas benefit with 6-20 injections per treatment.

Injectable Nutrition
We offer injectable nutrients for at home use or as apart of your personalized treatment plan.   In office services include IV therapy, nutrient pushes, and intramuscular injectables.  Call our office for more information.  A new patient visit is required before any services are offered.

Nutritional Consultations
We will work with you  to provide the most optimal diet planning.  Whether you have concerns over food intolerances, looking to reverse symptoms of chronic disease, or just want to optimize your current state of health, we can help you reach your goals.

Exercise and Physical Therapy
Movement is a foundations of health and daily principle that guides not only our physical being, but our psychological and emotional state.  We have the equipment and resources to help you reach your goals in a way that is enjoyable and rewarding.  We work with all types, from those wanting to gain fitness to athletes looking for better performance.  We work closely with physical therapist, chiropractors, Pilates and movement instructors, and body workers to ensure our patients receive the best care possible.

Medications and Supplements
We are licensed to prescribe pharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical grade supplements, and industry nutrients.

Botanical Medicine
We use high quality herbs from trusted brands to treat a myriad of complaints and conditions.

Psychological Health
We offer a holistic approach with combination therapies in mindfulness based awareness, breath work, meditation, yoga and other movement therapies, and stress management techniques.  If you are interested in pursuing this, please notify our staff when scheduling your appointment.

Biofeedback
Biofeedback is a mind-body technique that helps teach patients how to regulate and influence their autonomic nervous system, which controls blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tensions, and breath, among others.  Most sessions use devices such as heart rate monitors, heart rate variable measurements, and breath frequency to provide information in relation to emotional states.

Accessory Testing
We offer trace mineral analysis, food allergy panels, neurotransmitter testing, and hormone panels.  We require an initial visit in order to perform any of the above mentioned testing.
